I’ll just tell you about a simple logic which people think is hard or impossible. The matter these days is How to hide mutual friends on Facebook. Have you ever noticed when you reach through some profile and you’ve written there 2 mutual friends but they’re not visible. What is up with that? How to hide mutual friends in facebook? A simple logic is here. I’m trying to explain you how to hide mutual friends.

Example is given below

I’ve a friend who studies in SAAMPT, suppose his name ‘John’. Let’s go to his profile (image below).

Now this clears that this profile has no friends visible and is obviously a friend of me. He has a friend called ‘Shaiza’. Privacy settings of this profile are as below.

Here we are going to the profile of Shaiza (friend of John). So we are suppose to see John in the mutual friend when we go the profile of Shaiza.

Did you notice that we don’t see John as the mutual friend when we go through the profile of Shaiza, however the option to ‘Poke’ shows that there is a mutual friend. We don’t know which, because the privacy setting of Shaiza’s profile is as below.

Hence here I proved that If friends of two person are not visible to you, you won’t see them in their profile as mutual friend. Yeah, I meant if I been in friend list of Shaiza and her friends would be visible to me. I would be able to see John as mutual friend. This is only a logic behind hiding mutual friends on Facebook.
